Top and bottom views are mirrored. Confirm the viewing convention used by the IC datasheet before creating or checking a PCB footprint.
The bottom carries the contacts; the top carries the pin-1 orientation mark.

The exposed pad is not included in the 56 perimeter pins
In QFN-56, 56 is the number of perimeter contacts. The center exposed pad is a separate ground and thermal connection that must follow the specific IC documentation.
Body size is not the land pattern
7×7 mm describes the package body. Pad length, solder-mask expansion, paste segmentation, and thermal-via arrays must come from the specific device datasheet or IPC guidance.
